Our stay was flawless from the start. Fabio, our host, went above and beyond by greeting us with a cold bottle of prosecco and offering very nice local tips. The room had a amazing sea and mountain view, enhancing our entire experience.

Unfortunately, I found the mattress to be very firm, which wasn't to my liking. Additionally, the noise from Via Roma kept me awake during the early hours, making it hard to rest well. Lastly, while the location is convenient, light sleepers might struggle with the disturbances from street cleaning.

While the location was fantastic, the beds felt a bit springy, which made it hard for light sleepers like us to find comfort at night.

i was absolutely thrilled about my stay until i discovered the beds were like jumping on springs, definetly not for the faint of heart. also, can you believe they didn't offer an upgrade or any complimentary perks? calling this place 'luxurious' woudl ve been an overstatement. i just couldn’t give a good review after that letdown.
